What Go Swag removes from the prospect's team. The new starter fills in a Claim Page with their size and address. Go Swag sources, packs, ships, clears customs and tracks every parcel. This working prototype assumes Go Swag covers replacements and the prospect's team spends about 6 minutes approving each order. Use confirmed Go Swag figures in a real proposal.

What Go Swag removes from the prospect's team

1
New starters enter their own details

Claim Pages collect addresses, sizes and preferences.

2
Stock is held and orders are packed

The People team does not need to store boxes or manage each order.

3
International delivery is handled

Shipping, duties and tracking are covered in the delivered quote used above.

4
The prospect's team approves the order

The model uses the Go Swag approval-time assumption entered above.

How it adds up

True cost per starter today = current pack price + the prospect's team hours × hourly cost + (share of packs that go wrong × pack price). With Go Swag it is the approved delivered price + about 6 minutes of the prospect's team time. The model assumes replacements are covered by Go Swag, so it does not add resend costs. The annual comparison multiplies the result by new starters per year. Retention and employer-brand value are excluded.

Before using this in a real proposal: confirm what the delivered price includes, whether Go Swag covers replacements, the standard approval time, the resend-rate benchmark and whether any annual fee applies. Do not present working assumptions as confirmed Go Swag figures.
